We love salmon it’s true, and we are trying to eat fish at least once a week, it seems it’s healthy :).
I wanted something easy to prepare, tasty and healthy in the same time, so I had to choose salmon and asparagus, and to pair them with horseradish sauce, chives and lemon juice.
It turned out great don’t you think?
4 salmon fillets
a bunch of asparagus
a bunch of parsley leaves
3 tbs horseradish sauce
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Prepare a mix from the horseradish sauce, lemon juice, capers, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and olive oil and rub the salmon fillets with it.
Put the salmon fillets in a oven proof form add the trimmed asparagus drizzle it with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 170C, and bake for around 15 minutes.
It will be delicious trust me!
