I don’t particularly like fish but sometimes i feel like having fish.
Usually we are having Tuna or Salmon, and this time I made this delicious Tuna salad. It’s so refreshing that you can eat it in the summer, but it’s also suitable for a winter night with toast or hot from the oven pita bread.
250 gr canned Tuna in olive oil
100 gr light mayonnaise
150 gr canned corn
2 small onions
150 gr black olives
150 sour gherkins
salt and pepper
Mix together the Tuna, with the corn, chopped onions, the black olives and chopped sour gherkins. When the mixture is homogeneous add the mayo and season with salt and pepper.
You can eat it like this or you can spread it on toast.
