I feel very ashamed that I totally forgot to introduce you guys to my new best friend: Mr. Fredricksen
He is my first Chef’s knife, that Alex bought for me from Selfridges a week ago.
I can’t tell you how happy I am to have him on my side

He even helps when I am not sure the food is great..
You see Alex can’t say it’s crap now, since I have a very sharp Mr. Fredricksen on my side, if you know what I mean.
